Scott Lindsey is a member and the presiding officer of the Fiscal Court, by virtue of Section 144 of the Constitution. The Fiscal Court meets twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 4PM at the Edmonson County Courthouse, in the upstairs courtroom.
